At Gamescom 2016, director Yoko Taro announced that NieR: Automata to be released on PC via Steam in early 2017, making it no longer a PS4 exclusive title.
The developer for the upcoming action RPG NieR: Automata shared the team's development processes and challenges in the latest post on the official blog.
NieR: Automata localization will be handled by 8-4, whose previous works include the original NieR and Drakengard 3. The game is set to release on 2017!
More gameplay footages of NieR: Automata shown at E3 2016. Director of the series, Yoko Taro, also revealed that it will have ultra-happy ending.
NieR: Automata is announced to be delayed to early 2017 from the initially-planned release date. The announcement was followed by an E3 2016 trailer.
