Since it is closer to the release date, information updates for this game have flooded our timeline. After Meicoomon from Digimon Adventure Tri anime makes an appearance as an additional DLC, Xros Wars Digimons’ Shoutmon and Gumdramon will appear in Digimon World: Next Order. For your information, Digimon Xros Wars is the sixth main season of Digimon Anime series.
Gumdramon and Shoutmon
In the latest issue of Weekly Jump (thanks via Gematsu), Shoutmon and Gumdramon will be available as digimon partners. Their digivolved version, OmniShoutmon and Arresterdramon, will also be available. (Click to enlarge)
The Weekly Jump issue confirmed TWO additional DLC Scenario. The first one is ‘The Mystery of Meicomoon‘ (view his gameplay here) and the second is ‘Super First-Rank Grade Beautiful Girl Tamer Here!!‘, a new DLC scenario. Rina Shinomiya from Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode make her appearance in this second scenario and she has a favor to ask for the protagonist.
Mirei Mikagura
There are some other minor updates. According to Gematsu, Mirei Mikagura from Digimon World Re:Digitize will also make an appearance in Digimon World: Next Order. Also, there will be multiplayer battles mode in the game.
The Duo Formidable Foes

Kuzuhamon and Samudramon will appear as the powerful duo that stands before the protagonist. Kuzuhamon is calm but often questioning the states of the Digital Worlds. Samudramon has pride in his strength and always desire to fight a strong digimon. Both digimon are travelling with Shoma.
Frontier – The Starting Town
At first, there is only the plaza in the starting town, Frontier. As the game progresses, several new area will be unlocked. Click to enlarge the images below.

- Commercial District
Central District is where you will find Jijimon’s house and the construction shop. Commercial District will have item shops, restaurants, hospital, etc.

- Agriculture District

- Entertainment District
You will find the meat field at Agriculture District. Fields can be expanded, providing more food supplies. You can quench your thirst of challenge in the Coliseum at Entertainment District. Fish ponds and other entertainment places can also be found here.

- Research District

- Different Dimension District
Training is the vital part in Digimon World: Next Order, and you can do it in Research District. You will also find Research Institution and Evolution Dojo here. The other district, Different Dimension District, is a mysterious area with a dimensional transmission device.
Post-Game Dungeon
There is a new dungeon that you can unlock after clearing the game. The EX dungeon ‘Different Dimension Dungeon‘ will be available after you beat the main story. This dungeon will have a super high difficulty and you should bring your best partners to beat this dungeon.
Digimon World: Next Order will be released for PS Vita on Japan in March 17, 2016. No information so far for the western release.
