Visual Novel Nekopara Vol. 1 will Launch Today; Trailer Revealed!

Brought to you by a Korean Publisher named CFK is your beloved neko Visual Novel, Nekopara Vol. 1 by NEKO WORKs for Japan and Western release! Subtitles is available in several languages: English (of course), Japanese (again, of course), Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. The game was planned to be released on July 4th, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. In other words, yesterday.

If you don’t know what Nekopara is, we have the official story summary below.

“Kashou Minaduki, the son of a long line of Japanese confection makers moved out to open his own shop “La Soleil” as a patisserie.

But upon moving out, hidden amongst his things were two of the catgirls, Chocola and Vanilla, that the family had been raising. When he tried to send them back, they begged and pleaded until he gave in and now they’ve opened La Soleil together.

With two catgirls who really, REALLY love their master trying their very best and occasionally failing — a heartful comedy opens for business!

See the Sayori NEKO WORKs’ mascots Chocola and Vanilla like never before, moving, and in full voice on screen. And now with the E-mote System, the characters smoothly move on screen changing expression and poses in countless ways.”

Also two trailers.

Sadly, even though it’s planned to be released yesterday, only the Switch is available to get for Japan and North America. The Europe version for Switch, alongside PlayStation 4 one for all release has been delayed to an unknown date this year Summer.

But, isn’t now is Summer? Let’s just hope they didn’t delay it much longer like a certain game that we know, which was told to be released on Spring 2018, but instead it’s delayed to this September without a notice (at least we got an endless screenshots from that game developer).

Nekopara Vol. 1 is available in Japan and North America for Switch, while the Europe version was delayed to Summer 2018 alongside all release for PlayStation 4 version.
