During E3 2019, Square Enix also revealed another RPG they will remake, this time is Seiken Densetsu 3. Because it’s for the first time in English, the new title is Trials of Mana, for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime on 2020.
Moreover, the release won’t be only for Trial of Mana but it will come as Seiken Densetsu Collection. It includes Final Fantasy Adventure, Secret of Mana, and Trials of Mana.
The Collection of Mana offers multiple features. You can quicksave in these versions of the game, and there is a feature that allows you to listen to music from each game. It is also possible to enjoy up to three-player multiplayer in Secret of Mana and Trials of Mana. In Final Fantasy Adventure, people have the option of choosing between different display options.
In addition, on today’s Nintendo Treehouse: Live stream at E3 2019, we learned that it have an English build and a dual audio option. No voice-overs were present in the Trials of Mana build shown at E3 2019. However, English and Japanese voice acting were confirmed. In addition, English, Japanese, French, German, and Spanish subtitles will be available.
Final Fantasy Adventure originally launched in 1991 on the Game Boy. (It is also known as Seiken Densetsu and Mystic Quest.) Secret of Mana showed up on the Super Nintendo in 1993. Seiken Densetsu 3 appeared on the Super Famicom in 1995. Seiken Densetsu Collection has been available for the Nintendo Switch in Japan since June 1, 2017. Collection of Mana is now available outside of Japan.
Trials of Mana is a full high definition remake of the third entry in the Mana series, previously exclusively released in Japan in 1995 as Seiken Densetsu 3. Trials of Mana tells the story of six heroes as they battle against the monsters of destruction that threaten a world where Mana has been weakened. Players can customize their own party of three, selected from six unique characters, to experience different stories.
