Just when you thought you are only a few months away from the English version of Persona 5, you need to wait a little longer. In the recent Twitch livestream, Atlus announced that Persona 5‘s western release date is getting pushed back to April 4, 2017 from the initial release date February 14, 2017. The reason behind the delay is because the company wants the game’s quality to be as high as possible when it is released later.
To compensate for the delay, Atlus made the Ryuji Sakamoto theme and avatar set for PlayStation 4 available to download for free until November 17, 2016; grab it fast! Not only that, the company will also be releasing the Japanese voice pack as a free add-on upon the game’s release in the west.
