Monster Hunter: World Reveals Gameplay Footage and Information

Capcom shows us something about their game, Monster Hunter: World during San Diego Comic Con. They reveal the information about the game’s weapons, gameplay, and the game’s setting. Check out the video below to view it all:

From the video, there are several things that are interesting. About the weapon, the company show us various weapons to defeat the monsters. They also show us the wide settings (which is expected since the game heavily relies on mobility and various angles) as well as the characters’ movements and equips. Other than that, many of you who are familiar with the game will have no trouble adjusting yourself.

Aside from that, the maps will have more challenging areas, such as extreme temperature. Previously, the game show us the forest area which looks challenging enough to be visited. As for now, the temperature affects the surrounding areas, and it affects the in-game adventure too (to make it more challenging, of course!). Then, the texture of Anjanath’s and Felynes‘  fur, hair, skin, and bones has been done, to give more detail about the designs. The same goes for Rathalos, since the company make its wings look light and fold realistically.

Monster Hunter: World will be available for PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on early 2018. The PC version will be announced after the release for the consoles. Read more about Monster Hunter Series here.
