Tokyo Game Show 2017 is coming, which marks the batch of news from a lot of games. One of the games which get the news in the event is Monster Hunter: World! Capcom finally confirmed Monster Hunter World release date in this conference. It will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26 2018. The PC version’s release date, however, will follow at a later date.

A new trailer also makes an appearance. It shows the a variety of creatures in the game, including a new monster called Nergigante. Coral Highlands stage was also revealed. The game will have two editions, namely Digital Deluxe Edition and Physical Collector Edition. As the names suggest, Digital Deluxe Edition includes the digital game. It also gives customizable options as content in-game: a Samurai set skin, three gestures, two sticker sets, an extra face paint, and hair style option for the hunter. The PS4 version of this edition also includes 14 weapon-themed PSN avatars. It will be available for North America for MSRP $69.99. Additionally, those contents will also be available for separate purchase on January 26.
The physical Collector’s Edition includes a physical copy of the game, voucher for the additional contents from the Digital Deluxe Edition, a 32-page hardcover art book, flagship monster statue, and digital soundtrack code. It will costs MSRP $149.99. Pre-order for both editions is starting today on September 20. And of course, there’s also pre-prder bonus, the “Origins” armor sets are included.
There will also be a special edition for PS4 Pro console modeled after Monster Hunter: World (called the “Liolaeus Edition”). The console and controller is decorated with Monster Hunter-themed art and a sleek red hue.
