On today’s edition of PlayStation’s State of Play, Capcom shared some new information about the future of Monster Hunter: World. The info unveiled Iceborne, a new expansion that will soon be coming to Monster Hunter: World. A new icey field as well as several monsters coming to the game.
This a new monster inspired by a reindeer, fan favorite Nargacuga from previous games, as well as the new “main monster”, Velkhana. A new storyline will also be told in this new region of the game.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is releasing on September 6, 2019 on PS4 and Xbox One at first. While the PC version getting the large scale DLC in Winter 2019.
Monster Hunter: World is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
