Monster Hunter Stories Sets a New Tone to the Franchise

Monster Hunter Stories - Key Art

Monster Hunter Stories is a spin-off to the Monster Hunter franchise. Unlike the main titles of the game which feature terrifying and intimidating monsters, thanks to the art style, those monsters look less intimidating and more adorable, which allows the game to set a new tone to the franchise. Take a look at the TV commercial below.

Capcom will be releasing three amiibos representing three different Otomon, which is the monsters that can become the protagonists companions.

Capcom has released several trailers for the game, and also introductory trailers for the monsters. The most recent release is the introductory trailer to Rathian, the Queen of the Land.
