Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin are the name! Both of the games will launch for Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile, check their summaries below!
Monster Hunter Rise
Let’s take a look at Monster Hunter Rise first. This title will be the first main Monster Hunter title since Monster Hunter World. The game returns to the original gameplay style. Buying its deluxe edition grants you extra cosmetic items.
In addition, preordering the game will also grant you a Palamute Retriever and Palico Forest Cat costume for companions.
There will also be three amiibo available for the game: Magnamalo, Palamute, and Palico. Each one of these will give you a layered armor set in-game.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin
Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, meanwhile, is the sequel to Monster Hunter Stories that launched on 3DS. The Monster Hunter Stories features different gameplay from the main series.
Monster Hunter Rise will launch to Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021. Meanwhile, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin will launch to the same platform with no release date announced yet. In addition, Capcom announced that there will be some kind of compatibility between the two games, but more detail is yet to come.
