The 35-year-old gamebook franchise, Fighting Fantasy, will coming to Steam and mobile devices in a card-based RPG style. It will featured three of the most popular series titles.
The Fighting Fantasy series is about to hit its 35th anniversary, and for the celebration, Nomad Games has announced that a new game from the Fighting Fantasy Legends series will be coming to Steam and mobile devices this year.
Nomad Games has revealed that a collaboration of the series’ authors Steve Jackson with Ian Livingstone will bring the Fighting Fantasy to a card-based RPG, which will feature books such as The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, City of Thieves,and Citadel of Chaos.
According to Nomad, you will travel the continent of Allansia, collecting cards to create more powerful combinations, as well as familiar iconic franchise choice system.
Ian Livingstone also shared his excitement for the announcement, trying to approaching veterans series , and recruiting some new faces to Fighting Fantasy fandom as well.
