Hotel Dusk Creator Game Chase: Cold Case Investigation Gets Release Date for Western Release

Are you a fan of the detective game Hotel Dusk: Room 215? Aksys Games just revealed the release date for its upcoming 3DS adventure game Chase: Cold Case Investigations – Distant Memories. The director of Hotel Dusk: Room 215 Taisuke Kanasaki is coming back alongside his team for another dramatic and gritty detective story! After previously released the game in Japan in May, the North America and Europe edition is going to be available on October 13th!

Chase: Cold Case Investigations – Distant Memories will follow two detectives named Shounosuke Nanase and Koto Amekura, who are investigating an old case. The supposedly fire accident five years ago is now doubted by new evidences that suggest otherwise–a purposely set off explosion to mask a murder. Check out these key features promised by the publisher.

Investigate- Find leads by diving head first into old investigation notes, crime scene photos and eye witness reports as you put together all the pieces.

Interrogate- Once you have a solid lead, interrogate persons of interest to see what they do (or don’t) know. Grill perps by asking tough questions, but be careful! Ask the wrong questions and your Interrogation Gauge will deplete. Ask too many wrong questions and it’s Game Over!

Deep story-  5 years ago, an investigation into a mysterious explosion dead-ended without any resolution. Deemed an accident, the circumstances surrounding the case were never fully explained. Now, a new clue has reignited the case and shed new light on a startling revelation. Get pulled into a complex narrative of mystery and intrigue as the Cold Case Unit searches for the truth!
