Horizon: Zero Dawn gets its big-sized map, according to Sony and Guerrilla Games General Manager Hermen Hulst, during E3 2017 PlayStation Live broadcast. This talk follows the game’s expansion which also announced on the same event. So, how “big” exactly is the map?
Hulst tells the players that the size will be “very chunky” since it presents a new territory located in the northern mountains. A “good-sized map” is expected to contain the new place, as it also presents new adventure for its main character, Aloy.
