Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Gets Some Detail from E3 2017!

We all know Harvest Moon will be getting another installment and it’s for Playstation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. We also know the name, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope. The developer said more detail about the game will be revealed at E3 2017, and they are keeping their words.

Like some of Harvest Moon games, you can choose to play as a boy or girl in Harvest Moon: Light of Hope. The features however, will have some of the features from two other installment; Seeds of Memories and Skytree Village. The controls are context-sensitive; you can press one button to do a job, like cutting a tree or watering the crops. The animals features are just like the usual Harvest Moon games, but with addition of Seeds of Memories Candy Animals; raise a brown cow and you will get chocolate milk! Raise a brown chicken and you will get egg candy! Raise a pink sheep, and you will get cotton candy!

Just like that you will be ready to open your own candy shop! It will be super popular. Believe me.

So, that’s the controls and animals, but what about ‘who are the boys and girls i can marry later’ in Harvest Moon: Light of Hope?

Worry not, my friends! You can still get married in this game! Except if you decide to be an independent man or woman, tho.

The bachelors and bachelorettes from Skytree Village are making a comeback here, and you can only choose one of them in this game. So no cheating, guys! Elise, Jeanne, Melannie, and Nova are the bachelorettes, and Cyril, Dean, Gabriel, and Edmond are the bachelors. As addition to the bachelors and bachelorettes are the wizard and the witch who has been present since The Lost Valley, Gareth and Tabitha.

In conclusion, for some reasons you can really expect to see some features from the previous game here. But it’s still worth checking out, no?

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Switch. Read more about Harvest Moon series here.
