Grandia HD Remaster is launching for PC next month. The news comes via the game’s newly launched Steam page, which lists the game’s release window as September 2019.
The game’s sequel, Grandia II, has been available for Windows PC (via Steam) as Grandia II Anniversary Edition – today, August 16th, it will be rebranded to Grandia II HD Remaster to go alongside the first game’s release. The Grandia HD Collection – which includes both games, is launching today for Switch, via the eShop.
The Grandia HD Remaster PC version will have a number of features the Nintendo Switch version will not. For example, it will have two control scheme options. People could play with a keyboard or a gamepad. These inputs can be changed. It will let the players choose their resolution and see the game in widescreen. The Steam version also will let players earn achievements and trading cards as they play or save their files to the cloud.
