God Wars: Future Past will Get Enhanced Version for PS4, PS Vita, and Switch!

God Wars: Future Past Is Delayed in Japan Until Spring 2017

Kadokawa Games shared an announcement via this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine. It states that their Japan folklore-inspired tactical RPG God Wars: Future Past is getting an updated version. This version will be available to PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch.

Furthermore, a new title will come along with it; God Wars: Great War of Japanese Mythology. The update includes sped up battle speed, a help function enhancement, updated number of units you can send out from 6 to 8, raised the limit of level and skill, a brand-new episode as well as multiple endings, and new music and a new character, Orihime.

You will be playing as Momotaro accompanied by three companions: pheasant, dog, and monkey. It is high difficulty and will let you send out up to 8 characters instead of the regular six.

Two DLC “Hyga’s Future” and “A New Enemy” will be included in the game. A new scenario called “Labyrinth of the Erebus” will become available after beating the main story. Those who own the original game can purchase Labyrinth of the Erebus as a separate DLC.

God Wars: Great War of Japanese Mythology will be available for PlayStation 4, PS Vita ,and Nintendo Switch. No information regarding the price and release date yet. You can check the characters trailer too.
