Today, Square Enix launched the English localization of Dragon Quest XI, entitled Echoes of an Elusive Age. It is playable for PlayStation 4 and Windows PC via Steam.
This game will also available through 3DS and Nintendo Switch. But the 3DS version will not get English localization. As for the Switch version is awaiting an update to the Unreal 4 Engine that will support the Switch.
