Dissidia Final Fantasy NT MAIN PIC

Ahoy, it’s time for some updates for you, mateys, who love Final Fantasy series so much!

Square Enix informs us about rumored Closed Beta dedicated for its newest game, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. The update is announced with fixed date in the western release too. So, for you who live in the west, please note the date from now on.

Without any further ado, here is the information:

  • North America and Europe will be able to access the beta on August 26th to September 4th, approximately from 9AM Pacific/12PM Eastern/5AM British time, similar to Japanese Closed Beta.
  • North America can register themselves through this link, while PAL (Europe) can register through this link.

In addition, those who participate in beta will be able to enjoy some features, too. Certainly, many challenges and battles are enjoyable and interesting as you already experienced before, so look forward to the date, mateys!

Another information, there are 14 characters available for you and they can be played to begin your battles. The 14 characters are:

  • The Warrior of Light from Final Fantasy
  • Firion from Final Fantasy II
  • The Onion Knight from Final Fantasy III
  • Cecil from Final Fantasy IV
  • Bartz from Final Fantasy V
  • Terra from Final Fantasy VI
  • Cloud from Final Fantasy VII
  • Squall from Final Fantasy VIII
  • Zidane from Final Fantasy IX
  • Tidus from Final Fantasy X
  • Shantotto from Final Fantasy XI
  • Vaan from Final Fantasy XII
  • Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII
  • Y’shtola from Final Fantasy XIV

Then, as a surprise for you (for us, actually), Jecht from Final Fantasy X will be available earlier for the Arcade version. So, you can do some combos and attacks as you wish by playing as those mentioned characters, as well as challenge your opponents, too.
