Compile Heart Reveals Death End re;Quest BTS and Gameplay Footage With A Little Tidbits

Recently we got an announcement for Death End re;Quest. The game’s release will be delayed to April 12th for reasons. This will give us some time to get to know more about the game’s mechanic, especially its battle system. There’s a trailer showing its battle overview, and another one about combat mechanics. Today, Compile Heart reveal two more footage for us!

First, we get to see some behind the scenes when designing some the game’s elements. But, wait! What’s that at the end of the video? What is Compile Heart’s President, Norihisa Kochiwa, doing there? What is he talking about?

Actually, he’s talking about some new RPGs his company are developing right now! Five in total!! He didn’t reveal all the info because it will be covered in a magazines and events one-by-one, but he did say that one will have a desert theme, another will be made by new creators, and another one is an “RPG that Compile Heart is putting everything it has learned into”.

He really teased us with these small announcement, no? What kind of RPGs that they’re developing right now? We must wait for the next announcement. The president also reveal an art for the desert-themed.

Back to Death End re;Quest! In addition to the behind the scenes, is two more gameplay footage that shows Shiina’s battle with her comrade, also some exploration. Basically, what you’ll do in an RPG.

They really teases you with those gameplays, no?


Death end Re;Quest will be available in Japan on April 12, 2018 for PlayStation 4.
