Clannad was developed by Key and originally released in April 2004, the game is considered by many one of the best visual novels of all time. The good news about the game is that the new version will come with 1080p support, which is the highest resolution the series ever had among its many ports. Music and voices have been remastered in 5.1.
Is that all? No! This is the most interesting thing is that despite this being a Japanese release, it will include English text! Yaaay!
This means that players can play it without learning Japanese first, after importing the game or downloading it from the Japanese PlayStation Store (you’ll need a Japanese account, though). You can actually see the example of the English localization in one of the screenshots below:
Clannad will release both at retail (for ¥5,200 plus taxes) or via digital download, costing ¥4,600 taxes included.
