After it got a new free update, now the Action-RPG by Koei Tecmo, NiOh, also gets their first story DLC called “Dragon of Tohoku”, also known as “Dragon of The North” in the western. The initial announcement about the release date is on late April, maybe at the end of the month. But, the official release date is on May 2nd with the price of 1,300 yen. But for those who have the Season Pass, this DLC will be available right away with two other upcoming DLCs, and a Playstation 4 avatar.
Question! What is inside this “Dragon of The North” DLC?
It will contain new weapon categories, new scenarios, new characters, new guardian spirits, new yokai, and new stages. One of the new characters is the famous and one of the most popular Daimyo of the Sengoku Jidai, Masamune Date.
There’s a posibility that the story takes place in the Tohoku region, Masamune Date’s domain, for William is said will travel to Japan’s northern province which might bring him to Sendai, a city founded by Masamune Date in the year of 1600 in the Tohoku region. Another thing is the Daimyo will get a dragon as his guardian spirit, and most likely he will end up on the same side as William.

Additionally, the DLC also comes with an update: the PvP mode. But no further information about the mode right now. Maybe we will have some info about it in the future? We just have to wait!
