Final Fantasy XV universe is already big enough with its multimedia cross project: a main game (Final Fantasy XV itself), a full CG Movie (Kingsglaive), an anime (Brotherhood), and a smartphone game (Justice Monster Five). During their live press at E3 2016, Square Enix just announced a brand new game set in the FF XV universe titled A Kings’ Tale: Final Fantasy XV.

Story wise, it is set as a fairy tale told by King Regis to the Young Noctis about his adventure in 30 years before the main game. The game will take place in Insomnia and two other places in FF XV universe. There are other playable characters like Cid and new characters too.
