6 Best Action MMORPG of All Time (Part 1)

There are many MMORPG fans out there that make this genre keep growing from time to time. Now, we can find so many online games under the MMORPG title far easier than before. But from all those MMORPG, there are some which can be considered a must-play MMORPG because of its quality, although some of it is old titles. So here is the first part of 6 best action MMORPG of all time.

1. Conqueror’s Blade (PC)

Conqueror’s Blade is a sandbox MMO warfare game that combines action combat and tactical movements. The game was developed by Chinese studio Booming Games, published by Mail.ru in Russia, My.com in Europe and North America due for release on Microsoft Windows in 2019. Players will control single commanders and give commands to their personal armies.

2. Crowfall (PC)

Crowfall is a MMORPG developed by ArtCraft, described as a “Throne War Simulator”. The game was announced in January 2015 and has an open world setting played across campaigns where players fight in a large open world arena for resources and bases. Players can play any of the available characters at any time, which add uniqueness to the exciting non-target action combat.

3. Closers (PlayStation 4, PC)

Closers or also known as Closers Online is a free-to-play anime action MMORPG developed by Naddic Games and published by Nexon in Korea, Megaxus in Indonesia, and Sega in Japan. Later in 2017, En Masse Entertainment brings it to North America and Europe. Released initially in 2014, this MMORPG is still has a lot of active users even now.

Aside from being a MMORPG, Closers sticks to the main story and introduce us to a lot of memorable characters. Nice gameplay mechanisms along with its unique features are being made solidly by the developer to satisfy both anime, RPG, and online game lovers. If you are at least one of those, for sure this is a game that you must try playing.

4. Kritika Online (PC)

Kritika Online is a dungeon crawler MMORPG with an extremely fast paced action combat developed by ALL-M and published by En Masse Entertainment in 2017. The game offers small scale PvP such as 1v1, 3v3, and other tiers for various arena modes. Each of its six starter class is vastly different from the others in terms of combat and even more so when they upgrade to one of over twenty different advanced classes.

5. Revelation Online (PC)

Revelations Online is a Wuxia-themed MMORPG developed by NetEase under the title “Revelation” in China and Revelation Online in the rest of the world. The game is set in a seamless open world with flying beasts and dragons. The action combat features extend and make use of the game’s flight system. The battlegrounds and arena PvP are mostly objective based where teamwork is greatly rewarded.

6. Gloria Victis (PC)

Gloria VIctis is a MMORPG developed and published by Black Eye Games in 2016. The game is set in a medieval fantasy world where players fight for realistic goals like territory and resources. That means the PvP takes place in real-time in the open-world with no instances whatsoever. Players fight in lifelike scenarios with non-target combat, sandbox crafting and a player-driven economy.

The list of action MMORPG above is dominated by PC platform. With the capabilities that PC has over the other consoles, you can experience better gaming activity with decent graphics and mechanism. I’m not a MMORPG fan actually, but I can say that all those games are really a must-play ones. If I have to choose, I’ll go with Revelation Online with its combat system and of course, beautiful graphics.
