But unfortunately, there are some Xbox One RPG which were challenging as far as considered hardcore, but lacking in some aspects that make them less appealing for a hardcore RPG. A mobile version of the game, which features one-to-one swipe combat controls, was released in February 2017 for Android and iOS, as a paid game with in-app purchases.
Players journey through mysterious, large interconnected environments, battling beastly, disfigured enemies, including bosses using melee weapons such as axes and hammers. Players control Harkyn as he is sent on a mission to stop a powerful god’s mysterious demonic forces as they invade the world to reclaim it after being dethroned.
3. Kingdom Come: Deliverance
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an action RPG developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver in 2018. The game is set in the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia, an Imperial State of the Holy Roman Empire, with a focus on historically accurate content. We will spend most our time in an epic medieval war. The story takes place during a war in Bohemia in 1403. On the order of the Hungarian king Sigismund, Cuman mercenaries raid the mining village of Skalitz, a major source of silver. Destitute and vengeful, he joins the service of Lord Radzig Kobyla who leads a resistance movement against Sigismund’s invasion.
4. Immortal: Unchained
Immortal: Unchained is a science fantasy action RPG published by British studio Game Odyssey Ltd. and developed by Swedish studio Toadman Interactive for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft WIndows. The gameplay is inspired by the Dark Souls series, which focused on futuristic firearms instead of melee combat, while the setting and plot are inspired by Norse mythology and the events of Ragnarok.
Players take the role of an unnamed Prisoner who is released by Aras, the Prime caretaker of the Monolith, in an attempt to avert the End Times. The Prisoner has amnesia, which Aras believes is a side effect of their long imprisonment. Aras tasks the Prisoner with repairing the Monolith by restoring three Nexus Orbs from which the Monolith draws its power.
5. Underworld Ascendant
Underworld Ascendant is a first-person action RPG developed by Otherside Entertainment and published by 505 Games in 2018. The game is the sequel to Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss and Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds. As in the original games, there is an emphasis on non-linear progression, simulated systems, and emergent gameplay.
Players assume the role of the Avatar, a human magically transported into the Underworld. The game is played from a first-person perspective and players can create their characters by selecting an assortment of skills. The Stygian Abyss is inhabited by three factions vying for its control, Dark Elves, Dwarves, and Shamblers. Supporting any faction will affect the balance of power in the Abyss.

As we talk about the amazing hardcore RPG for Xbox One, it is also necessary to talk about the less appealing ones. Those less appealing RPG are not totally bad, but because of the hardcore label you might want need more skills and patience. So about a favorite, I think I would go with Kingdom Come: Deliverance since medieval settings is attractive for me personally.
