Final Fantasy XV Supports PS4 Pro, Gets Behemoth Jacket DLC and Cup Noodle Collaboration

During the Active Time Report at Tokyo Game Show 2016, director Hajime Tabata confirmed that Final Fantasy XV will support the new PlayStation 4 Pro. The company also announced other things during the event, such as the two jackets that will be available as DLC, a collaboration with Nissin Cup Noodles, and also PlayStation 4 Luna Edition heads to the western market.

Square Enix showcased two jackets with Behemoth and Lucis designs as in-game items. These two jackets will be available as DLC for the game after its release. Check out the footage below.


The company also announced a collaboration with Nissin Cup Noodles, which is very popular in Japan. The product will feature in the game, and there will be a quest in search for the best cup noodle, too. Apparently, Gladiolus loves this cup noodle. Take a look at the footage and the screenshots below. Cup noodles never been this appetizing before.


The PlayStation 4 Slim Luna Edition was already announced to release in Japan. The good news is, the special edition will also be heading towards the western market, as announced by Sony Interactive Entertainment at Tokyo Game Show 2016.

Final Fantasy XV - Tokyo Game Show 2016 - Active Time Report - PS4 Pro Luna Edition & Steelbook

The limited bundle will be available exclusively through GameStop (and EB Games in Canada) for $449 USD/$549 CAD. The limited edition can be purchased on the game’s release date, which is November 29, 2016. In addition, Europe also gets the standard edition bundle, which includes the PlayStation 4 Slim Luna Edition and a copy of Final Fantasy XV.

      Apparently, the Japanese version has the DLC available already. We will update again when the DLC is available for the US / EU version
